Spaulding Appraisal Services, was formed January of 1994. The owner is Kevin F. Brignole, RAA. . The firm is engaged in the practice of residential and commercial real estate appraisal, and consultation on real estate related matters.Mr. Brignole has been in the real estate business since 1984, and has specialized in real estate as a full-time certified appraiser. Mr. Brignole has earned the "RAA" designation of the National Association of Realtors, Appraisal Section, ( http://www.realtor.com ) a recognized leader in the appraisal profession. He has been an instructor of Appraisal I (residential appraisal). Mr. Brignole has been qualified as expert witnesses, he has testified before the Superior Courts of the State of Connecticut, Boards of Tax Appeal in Connecticut, and before the United States Federal Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Brignole conducts business in conformity with the requirements of the Code of Ethics and the Standards of Professional Practice.
